Notification regarding Admission into Nursery
(Academic session 2022-2023)
INSTRUCTIONS
(Admission form can be available from 1st October, 2021 to 15th October, 2021)
- Steps :-
- Go to our Website link: www.mnpsjsr.org .
- The child to be admitted should be born between 01-04-2018 and 31-03-2019.
- Fill the form online all the details to be filled in Capital Letters.
- To fill the form, you will be required to make a Payment of Rs. 250/-+ Internet Fee (Rs.18/- inclusive of GST) online.
- Date for Manual Lottery for selection of students will be intimated to chosen few representatives in the third week of Jan, 2022. Parents are not permitted in the school premises unless invited.
OTHER DETAILS
- Total Number of Seats: 120
- 25% seats will be reserved for BPL candidates.
- 25% seats of the general category will be reserved for various segments under management quota.
CHECKLIST
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
- Self attested Aadhar Card of Child (if available).
Self attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate (issue by Notified Area Committee, Gram Panchayat, Municipal corporation will be accepted. Please do not attach the original birth certificate)
In case of SC/ST/OBC attach Caste Certificate in the name of child (attested copy).
In case of own sibling attach a photocopy of the First page of the Diary.
- Salary slip of December, 2021 Xerox copy (self attested)
Incomplete form / false reporting of data will lead to the rejection of the form.
